Why I Love This Recipe

Another concoction using my great grandmas meatball recipe only using chicken instead of beef. Then adding chicken parmesan touch to it!

Ingredients You'll Need

Meat mix:
3 Lbs ground chicken
1 yellow cooking onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced or garlic powder
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/3 - 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
regular seasoned breadcrumbs not italian seasoned

2 jars any multi cheese sauce right now were using classico 4 cheese
1/4 c water

Sliced provolone
shredded mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese

Meat mix: Mix all together put in baking pan and shape into meatloaf shape making sure there's rm on all sides for sauce
Sauce: Pour all around meatloaf and add water and stir. cover and cook at 350F for about an hour then uncover spoon sauce over top and bake 'til done.
Topping: When done spoon more sauce over top add layer of provolone on top then sprinkle mozzarella over that then shake some grated parmesan over that and put back in oven only long enough to melt cheese remove and let sit a few minutes before cuttingSalad
