Chicken Pasta Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
"This was a favorite in our house for a few years, especially one of Jami's favorites...it is a great way to add some variety to chicken and sneak in the pasta for those of us that aren't pasta fans. Also, easy to leave out the chicken in some of it for great vegetarian meal" ~ Chris & Judy Family
Ingredients You'll Need
5 cups Chicken Breast (about 3), Cooked/ Cubed
2 cups Grapes, Halved
2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
12 oz Spiral Pasta, Cooked & Drained
1 English Cucumber, Sliced & Quartered
3 Green Onions, Diced
1/2 cup Oil
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Flakes
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Parsley
Directions
*Toss all salad ingredients together in large bowl
*Mix all salad ingredients in a sealable container and shake well; pour over salad and mix
Recipe Tips:
*Keep lettuce separate and add right before eating...gets soggy if in the salad too long
*Also good to substitute with honey mustard dressing
