Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2.5lbs of boneless chicken breasts
2/3 cup of heavy cream
2/3 cup of miracle whip (I used low fat)
2/3 cup of mayo (again.low fat or fat free)
1 grannysmith apple & 1 red delicious
2 stalks of celery
dash of nutmeg to taste
Directions
Cover chicken with water and simmer for an hour with a bay leaf.
In a large bowl combine the apples (chopped) and the celery (chopped)
Cube or shred the chicken and add to the fruit mixture.
In a separate bowl whip the cream, miracle whip and mayo.
Add to chicken/fruit mixture.
Serve.
