Ingredients You'll Need
1 skinless chicken breast (cooked/cubed)
1/2 gr. pepper/finely chopped
3/4 c. frozen broccoli pieces
1/2 c. canned carrots (drained)
Lite Soy Sauce-sugar free
1/2 c. mushrooms
salt/pepper (to taste)
Directions
Spray Pam in Wok or skillet. Let pan get hot. Add ingred. one at a
time. Stir continuously til all ingred. are done. Mix well. Serve
immediately.
Leftovers can be frozen for later use!
