Chicken Stir Fry (lab all natural)

Ingredients You'll Need
1 tbsp coconut amino
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
salt to taste
1 tbsp canola
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 cup carrots, slices
1 cup broccoli
Directions
Combine coconut amino, lime juice, water, cornstarch in a small bowl and mix
Season chicken with salt, heat in large pan over high heat
add chicken with half oil, cook till brown and through 3-4 minutes
remove chicken and set aside, reduce to medium heat
add oil, garlic, ginger for 20 sec, then add broccoli and carrots until crisp 3-4 min
return chicken with amino-lime mixture 30 sec to a 1 min
