Ingredients You'll Need
1 onion, chopped
15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz (x2 if wanted) Mexicorn, drained
8 oz tomato sauce
12 oz beer (Corona)
2 x 10 oz cans of diced tomatoes, with juice
1 package taco seasoning
3 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 tbs? lime juice
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot except chicken and stir
Place chicken on top pressing down
Cook for 5 hours on low (less if thin breasts)
Remove chicken, shred, stir back into soup and cook a while longer
Season with cilantro, cumin, and garnish with crushed tortila chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream
