Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 Pounds chicken tenders
3/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Large onion, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons curry powder
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
2 Cups water
2 Cups broccoli florets
1 Carrot, sliced
1/2 Cup sour cream


Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl and coat chicken. Heat half the oil to medium hot in a skillet and fry chicken until golden on both sides, aboout 5 minutes per side. Use the rest of the oil to complete the frying of all chicken. Remove from skillet and add curry powder and onions. Cook onions 5 minutes to soften. Add bouillon cubes and water and reduce by half. Return chicken to skillet, add broccoli and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes. Add cream, stir and serve.
