Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
6 Chicken Breast Halves, Skin Removed
1 Cup Brown Rice
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped
Directions
Spray a 2-quart shallow casserole with Pam. In casserole dish, combine all ingredients,
except chicken, mixing well. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture. Bake covered at
250º for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
