Ingredients You'll Need
Meat mix:
3 Lbs ground chicken
1 yellow cooking onion rough chopped small
1-2 stalks celery with leaves destringed and diced
abt 1/2 C shredded or diced carrots
abt 1/2 - 1 C broccoli florets rough chopped small
Instant white rice
1/4 cup boiling water
3 tsp granular chicken bouillon
Opt: abt 1-2 C shredded american cheese
Gravy:
4 C water
3 tsp granular chicken bouillon
cornstarch slurry
Directions
Meat mix: Dissolve bouillon in boiling water then add all other ingredients and mix well. Put in baking pan and shape in to meatloaf shape leaving room on all sides for gravy
Gravy: pour water and bouillon mix around meatloaf cover and bake at 350F abt an hour uncover and bake 'til done. Take out of oven and slowly stir in cornstarch slurry put back in oven 'til bubbly stir and take out of oven spoon gravy over loaf and let set a few min's
