1 Chicken (cut into pieces)
1 Can whole tomatoes
1 can Pineapple chunks
1/2 C celery
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 T Worsteshire sauce
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1/3 C vinegar
1/4 C Brown Sugar
Directions
I think this was one of her throw it all together in an electric skillet (20-30 minutes) or crockpot and let it simmer until done.
Turning the chicken and a couple of stirs required.
Serve over rice.
