Why I Love This Recipe

“The Japanese chef works with seasonal products, something that he shows in the composition of his dishes. Their appearance usually tells a story. That is why they are so beautiful to look at even though their symbols are unknown. And even more special they are when you try them. There are hardly any spices used in the preparation since what is intended is that you can enjoy the natural flavor of each ingredient and the combination they create.”

Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients:
- 250 gr chicken fillet
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 chopped garlic
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- 100 ml of mirin or semi dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon of ginger syrup
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Brush stick

Directions

Mix the soy sauce, the mirin or semi-dry sherry, the ginger syrup, and the garlic.
Cut the chicken in a square size of 2 cm approximately and marinate approximately for 2 hours with the sauce previously done at low heat.
Drain the chicken and cook the sauce for 10 minutes at maximum heat.
Take out the brush sticks and put the chicken in them, around 3 slices per stick.
On a barbecue, put the sticks by brushing them with oil and cook for another 10 minutes, then put the onions on top and are ready to serve.
