6 pork chops, lightly salted
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 tbsp green chilies, chopped
Directions
Slightly brown chops in a skillet sprayed with Pam.
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into a shallow baking dish.
Lay pork chops on top and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees
