Chili Turkey Loaf

Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 Cup chopped onion
2/3 Cup Italian style
seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 Cup green pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a
large bowl. Shape into
round loaf and transfer to
bottom of slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW
4 1/2 - 5 hours or
until temperature is
170 degrees.
Remove loaf and place
on a serving plate.
Let stand 5 minutes
before serving. Cut
wedges.
