Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
4 cloves garlic chopped,
1 onion chopped
1-2 hot peppers diced
1 box frozen sweet corn
olive oil
1 can each red kidney beans, black beans and white kidney beans with liquid,
1 can crushed tomatoes,
2oz unsweetened chocolate
handfull of cilantro chopped
chili powder, ground cuimin, salt, pepper, and cyanne powder to taste
Directions

1 can crushed tomatoes,
2oz unsweetened chocolate
handfull of cilantro chopped
chili powder, ground cuimin, salt, pepper, and cyanne powder to taste
take the onion, garlic, pepper and corn, toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil, and then roast in the oven until browned, stirring occasionally
cook the tomatoes and beans, add the corn mixture, and toss in the rest of the ingredients. I'm not the greatest at measuring spices. cumin makes it taste earthier. I like my chili to be pretty spicy. sometimes i like using chick peas instead of white beans.

I did mean about the typo, but I never knew that unsweetened choclate could be in chili.
