Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 -4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Process or blend until finely chopped with just a few leaves left visible.
Serve immediately or store or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
