Chinese Almond Cookies

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a traditional Chinese cookie that I can remember eating from when I was very small, as they were always at our family gatherings
Ingredients You'll Need
2 c flour
1 c almond flour
1 c sugar
1 3/4 c butter
1t vanilla extract
1t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Melt butter, and mix with flour, sugar, salt and baking soda
add beaten egg and vanilla
roll into balls about the size of walnuts, leaving about 1/2" in between cookies on cookie sheet
push thumb into middle of cookie
bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
