1 lb. beef cutes
2 TBSP flour

1 can of Tomato Soup
1 soup can of water
6 onions (sliced)
6 carrots (cut in half)
3 potatoes (quartered)
1/4 tsp. whole thyme
1/8 cup chipolte hot sauce
Directions
Roll 1 lb. beef cutes into 2 TBSP flour. Brown in 2 TBSP oil in heavy pan. Add 1 can of Tomato Soup, 1 soup can of water. Cover; simmer 1-1/2 hours; stir now and then. Add 6 onions (sliced), 6 carrots (cut in half), 3 potatoes (quartered), 1/4 tsp. whole thyme and 1/8 cup chipolte hot sauce. Cover; cook 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender. To thicken, cook uncovered for at least 10 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
