1 cup salted real butter
2 1/2 tsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. chipotles (adobo sauce) pureed
2 tbsp. garlic mince
Directions
Process in a food processor until smooth.
Refrigerate and serve with Mexican cornbread or on a ear of corn on the cob.
