Ingredients You'll Need
150g Butter
150g Dark Chocholate
150g Dark Brown Sugar
3 eggs
2 Bananas
200g Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Melt butter, chocholate and brown sugar together. You do it in a pot at a very very low heat. Remove from heat and add one Egg at a time. Mash the bananas and add and finally add Flour and Baking Powder.
Bake in two Cake forms (like for Banana bread) at 150°C for ca 60 min. Keep an eye on the cake while baking, as it varies from Form being used and the Oven.
Very good warm with Vanilla Icecream and a good cup of coffee
