Why I Love This Recipe

Vegan and gluten free. What could be better? Oh! It's super yummy.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ Tb and ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup coconut oil
3 eggs using egg replacer
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup unsweetened coconut


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt in small bowl.

Beat sugar and coconut oil in large mixing bowl until creamy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in morsels and coconut.

Spread onto prepared pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool on cooling rack.
