3 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
to that I added:
6 tablespoons of mashed avocado, (creamed well).
Directions
I baked at 325 for 28 mins in 2 8 inch rounds greased.
I frosted with chocolate buttercream.
