Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe has been rearranged many times. This is my favorite version. My kids can't get enough of it. Enjoy!

Ingredients You'll Need

4-5 Really ripe bananas. The darker the better.
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sour cream (skip if you are vegan or use vegan alternative)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs (vegan alternative)
1 stick of butter (vegan alternative)
1 large over flowing cup of chocolate chips

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl cream together the room temperature butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mash the bananas. Add the sour cream and bananas to sugar and vanilla use a blender. Mix till smooth. In a medium bowl sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix till comes together. Stir in chocolate chips.

Either grease your pans with butter or light corn oil. Or use wax paper. I use wax paper.

Put in two separate loaf pans.

Bake for about 45 to 50 min. Till you can see crack and top looks golden brown. Turn loaf pans in oven at 20 min.
