Ingredients You'll Need
4 oz (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup unsweetned cocoa powder
3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
3 - 5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and cocoa powder on low speed until soft and well combined. Add confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and vanilla and continue to beat on medium speed until light,fluffy and well combined. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons milk if frosting is too stiff
