Chocolate Cherry Cake

Mom(Jackie) has memories of sitting at Illaree's kitchen table and going though recipes. She came upon this recipe that she thinks Kim had shared with her mom. It has become one of Jackie's favorite go to recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 sticks of butter
chopped pecans (about a cup)
Directions
Pour pie filling into a 9 x 13 pan. sprinkle dry cake mix over cherries. Sprinkle with nuts. Pour melted butter over and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with whip cream or ice cream. Great hot or cold! Thanks Kim
