Why I Love This Recipe

I love this recipe because they are really easy to make and they taste great, it's a great snack to whip up last minute or any time you want

Ingredients You'll Need

150g slightly salted softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups plain flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate bits, plus 1 tablespoon extra
1/2 cup dark chocolate bits, plus 1 tablespoon extra

Preheat oven to 160-180 degrees C, put baking paper on 2 trays, use an electric stirrer and stir the butter and sugars, then mix in egg and vanilla

Then you will stir this mixture into the flour, then add in your chocolate chunks, this recipe calls for dark and milk chocolate

Then mix these into balls and put onto baking sheet, 6 on each tray, then add extra chocolate bits

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown

Pairs Well With

I would serve it as a dessert with a simple lunch like a sandwich
