Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients You'll Need
1 egg
¾ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except chips) just until flour is moistened; fold in chips.
Fill cups ¾ full.
Place custard cups on cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown.
Custard cups: about 25 minutes
Muffin cups: about 20 minutes
Immediately remove from cups.
