Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients You'll Need
8 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray muffin pan
Cream the butter with sugars on medium speed until fluffy and lighter in color
whisk together all purpose flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside
Place the milk in a mixing bowl and whisk in the eggs and vanilla
Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
combine all ingredients and place in the spoonfuls in the muffin pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked throughly
Let cool and serve
