WET INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Zucchini (grated)
1/4 cup carrots (grated)
1/4 cup choc chips (77%)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4tbsp honey
Directions
Put the ingredients in a food processor until you get a creamy mixture.
Put it in a loaf tin
Bake at 160C for 30-35 min
