Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups sugar
2ox bittersweet chocolate chopped fine
1 1/3 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
1/3 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecans chopped
Directions
In a heavy bottomed sauce pan combine the sugar, chocolate, milk and cream of tartar, Cook until it forms a soft ball (249 degrees). allow to cool and add the butter and beat until creamy and of spreading consistency. Garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
