Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

3/4 cup light process cream cheese product
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons creme de menthe
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate mini morsels


Place all ingredients except the mini morsels into container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth. Spoon batter evenly into 24 paper lined miniature muffin pans. Top each with 4 or 5 chocolate mini morsels. Bake at 300ºF for 18 minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
