Chocolate PB Bites
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 (18 oz) sugar cookie dough
1/3 unsweet cocoa powder
Filling:
2/3 C 10X sugar
2/3 C Peanut Butter
Additional 10X sugar for rolling
Directions
In a Zip Bag - mix sugar cookie dough and cocoa powder - squish till mixed
Make filling by mixing 10X sugar with peanut butter
Roll filling into 30 1” balls
Take 1 T of dough, roll to about 3” round
Place PB ball in center, enclose in dough enclose and pinch to seal
Roll in 10x sugar
Bake 10-12 min
