1 cup unsweetened, unflavored almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Maple Syrup (pure)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients (flour, coco powder, baking powder, flax and salt) in a medium bowl. Whisk until fully combined
Combine wet ingredients (almond milk, vanilla, and vinegar) in a small bowl, whisk well
Add buttermilk and applesauce to flour mixture, stir until the butter is combined
Let batter stand for 10 minutes
Cook pancakes until bubble then flip
