Why I Love This Recipe

Chocolate and peanut butter,is there a better combination.I make these all the time for my father-in-law, he loves them.I have never heard anyone say they did not like these. They will last in the fridge for a long time.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 (11.5 ounce) package milk chocolate chips,divided

2 tsp. butter

1 cup peanut butter

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Using a miniature muffin tin, spray the tin with cooking oil (Pam). You may also use small paper muffin cups, trimmed to about half.Place 1/2 the chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of butter in a microwave-safe container and melt chocolate chips for 2 minutes, stirring after each 30 seconds.Spoon melted chocolate into muffin cups. With a spoon draw the chocolate up the sides of the cups until evenly coated.Cool in the refrigerator until firm.

In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, salt and crumbs, divide into the chocolate cups.Melt remaining chocolate chips and remaining butter in the microwave, spoon over the peanut butter mixture.Spread chocolate to the edges of cups.Place in freezer to harden about 15 minutes, then pop out of muffin cups.Makes 24 small cups.Make sure the cups are well greased.
