Chocolate Pots de Creme

Dark chocolate and whipped cream. Who doesn't love it?
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 c. + 2 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 t. salt
1 c. cold milk
5 egg yolks
2 c. milk
4 T. butter
1 T. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, beaten with 1/3 c. sugar until stiff peaks form.
Directions
In a saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, cold milk, salt, and egg yolks. Whisk together well. Meanwhile heat milk in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Put sauce pan on stove at medium high heat and immediately whisk in hot milk. Cook until mixture comes to a boil and has thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. Set aside to cool a few minutes before pouring into pots de crème cups to serve. Cool completely, then refrigerate before topping with whipped cream to serve.
