Chocolate Pudding Pie

Why I Love This Recipe
As I've said before, I am not a pie person, but my sister and I were playing in my kitchen one afternoon when her son wanted something chocolate. I generally keep chocolate desserts on hand, but I didn't really have anything for him. I could have just made him pudding, but I kinda wanted something more for after dinner.
My sister had a lot of input in this so I didn't screw it up, and I think it turned out really well!!!
Update 11/12 evening: I just made this again tonight for my in-laws and did a vanilla wafer bottom crust instead of the ready-made and added Kahlua to the pudding mix and it was GREAT!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 ready pie crust (or you can make one)
3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk (I used skim, but it would probably be better with 2%)
~1/4 tsp cinnamon
~1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened (I used Edy's slow churned light, but frozen custard would be AWESOME in this!)
whipped topping (I used the fat free kind)
semi-sweet chocolate for curls :)
Directions
Prep the pie crust according to directions.
Mix the pudding mixes and milk.
Fold in the spices and ice cream.
Spoon the mixture into the crust and freeze ~4 hours.
Decorate with the whipped topping and chocolate curls. :)
