Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Why I Love This Recipe

A favorite. Two cookies per cookie sandwich.

Ingredients You'll Need

Mix well. Dough is stiff.
2 devils food cake mixes
4 eggs
2/3 c oil

Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press slightly with bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 for ten minutes.

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 t vanilla
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
Beat together and put between two cookie layers.
