"Homemade Fudge Cooked In The Slow Cooker"

Serves 20 or more pieces depending on cut size | Prep Time 10 mins | Cook Time 20 mins - 1/2 hr

Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is my own self made experiment i am truly in love with creamy texture and its mouth watering burst of flavours.

This fudge is my personal favourite.


Ingredients You'll Need

420g Cadbury dream white chocolate block/s
1 tin skim condensed milk
1/2 cup mini marshmallows ( any color you prefer)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried mixed fruit peices
2 teaspoons vanilla extract.


Directions

Turn slow cooker on high to heat up.
Break up the chocolate blocks for easy melting.
Place condensed milk and chocolate
Into slow cooker, add 2 tspns of vanilla extract. Do not cover with lid.
Stir thoroughly ever 5 to 10 mins
For about 20 mins to half an hr.
Once thick and creamy turn off slow cooker, place your dried fruit chocolate chips and marshmallows to the mixture and stir through till completely covered.
Place some grease paper to a tray of any size u prefer ( depending on if you like your fudge thick or thin) and pour mixture into tray.
Place in fridge and let set for 2 hrs or until firm and ready.
Remove from tray and cut into bite size pieces. To serve.
