3 ounce melted dark chocolate 75 %
2.9 ounce sugar
2.8 ounce flour

Directions

mix eggs,egg yolks and butter

stir till it is a nice creamy dough

take a bakingsheed but bakingpaper

take cupcake sized rings but the dough in there

Bake at 250 F for 8 mins maybe 10 middle should be still flowing

after baking them you have to cut them out of the ring very carefuly

I like to serve them with some fresh Berrys and Vanilla Ice Cream

Don't be sad if it doesn't work the first time it took me 3 times till i had the middle still floeing !! The ofen plays a big part thats why the time might change
