Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe tastes the best after sitting overnight.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 recipe for Devil's Food Cake (can be homemade or from a box)
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
12-16 oz container Cool Whip
1/3 cup Kaluah
1 bag of ground up Heath bars
1 bag of mini chocolate chips

Directions

Bake Devil's Food Cake. Once completely cooled, poke holes and drizzle Kaluah over it.

Take two packages of chocolate pudding and mix with 2 cups of milk, instead of the 4 cups the package will direct you to.

You might need to thin it out by adding up to one extra cup of milk. If it is too thin, you can add a small amount of Cool Whip to thicken it back up.

Cut the cake like fudge. Place 1/3 at the bottom of the trifle dish. Then layer with pudding, then Cool Whip.

Sprinkle Heath and mini chocolate chips.

Repeat two more times, for a total of 3 layers. Add top layer of Cool Whip and Heath and chocolate chips just before serving.
