Chocolate Truffle Cookie Pops

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup Cold Milk
3.4 oz pkg Instant Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Pudding
30 Nilla Wafers (about 3 Cups) Finely Crushed
1 1/2 pkg Bakers Semisweet Chocolate Melted
1 Bakers White Chocolate
Directions
*Stir milk and pudding mix until pudding is moistened; immediately add wafer crumbs; mix well
*Shape into 1 inch balls on waxed-paper covered baking sheet
*Freeze 10 minutes
*Dip balls in semisweet chocolate; return to baking sheet
*Insert lollipop stick into center of each
*Refrigerate 20 minutes or until firm
*Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over pops
*Refrigerate 10 minutes, or until coating is firm
*Place pops in mini cupcake wrappers for serving
