Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
The good thing about this cake is bananas work just as well in the cake. I use just over 2 cups of mashed banana instead of zucchine.
you can add a cup or more of chopped dates to the batter
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Cream together the margarine, oil, sugar, eggs vanilla, sour cream and zucchini.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a 9 x 13” pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
