Chocolate chip pizza for a party!

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened plus a little extra for the pan.
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 lg eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 12 ounce package of chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt, set aside.
With a kitchenaid mixer, cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, then gradually add the flour mixture and stir just until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Use whatever kind of nuts- or a combination!
Spread half of the batter in a buttered 12 inch deep dish pizza pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Once cool, remove the pizza from pan nad set aside. Re-butter the pan and fill with the remaining half of mixture, and bake as you did above. Serve each pizza wedge with whipped cream and chocolate syrup for a fancy look.
Makes two 12 inch pizzas!
