Chocolate snow ice cream
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 C sweetened condensed milk
8 C OR 1 quart + 1/2 quart of fresh snow (scraped off the top of the fallen snow OR caught in a pan while the snow falls down)
1 1/2 C whole milk
1 ts vanilla extract
2 TB chocolate powder (hershey's)
1/4 C melted chocolate
1/4 C chocolate chips
1/2 C sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT melted chocolate, together until creamy, adding more snow if the mixture is too wet, and more sugar to taste. Add melted chocolate & watch it freeze on contact. Mix together. Put in freezer until chilled & serve.
