Ingredients You'll Need
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon onion powder
1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Kosher or coarse salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Rub over meat before grilling. Makes 1/3 cup, enough for about 4 pounds of pork or venison chops.
