Ingredients You'll Need
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can whole kernel corn
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
3 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 c baby spinach, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 lime juiced
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
mix beans, corn, pepper, and jalapeno in large bowl; stir in cilantro and garlic paste
add spinach and avocado; toss with lime juice and olive oil then serve
