Chunky Guacamole - raw vegan

Ever so simple to make.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 ripe avocado
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
Diced tomato for garnish
Directions
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl.
Mash with a fork.
Stir in lemon juice and spices.
Garnish with diced tomatoes.
If you are making for a crowd just keep mashing avocados until you get the volume you want.
Season to taste.
Pairs Well With
Salsa, black bean dip, taco chips, cut up veggies.
