One more stellar-think-outside-of-the-box recipe from my Bobby. This fresh, funky and herbaceous sauce is bold so serve it over grilled chicken, beef or a firm, meaty fish like swordfish or halibut. Thanks Bobby, love ya, call me, mean it!

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped mint
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Serve with grilled fish or chicken.
