1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/4 cup oleo or butter
1 tsp salt
5 cups flour
1 TBS active dry yeast
1 TBS cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
Directions
Place milk, water, butter, salt sugar and eggs in microwave safe bowl. Blend well and warm in microwave to melt butter. Do not get hot or it will kill yeast. Place in bread machine and add flour and yeast. Use dough mode on the bread machine. When dough is ready, roll out two rectangles and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up, pinch edges or turn under and place in two greased loaf pans. Slit top with knive in a couple of places to let air escape. Cover and let rise. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on rack. Glaze with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
