Cinnamon Toast Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
I found this recipe in an old Pillsbury Bake-Off recipe book. I tried it and liked it.
I made mine in a Pampered Chef stoneware pan.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 TBSP. butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins, if desired
Topping:
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Blend in milk, melted butter, vanilla and raisins, if desired.
Spread in a 15x10x1-in. jelly roll pan, well greased and floured (lightly) on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle melted butter over cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
