Why I Love This Recipe

I found this recipe in an old Pillsbury Bake-Off recipe book. I tried it and liked it.

I made mine in a Pampered Chef stoneware pan.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 TBSP. butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins, if desired
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Blend in milk, melted butter, vanilla and raisins, if desired.

Spread in a 15x10x1-in. jelly roll pan, well greased and floured (lightly) on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Drizzle melted butter over cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
