1 egg beaten
1 pinch salt
2 cups flour
Directions
cream butter and sugar and beat in the wgg
add milk in which the soda has been dissolved + vanilla, flour and salt
Chill, then roll to 1/8 inch thickness
Dip cookie cutter in flour before cutting out cookies
for chocolate cookies merely add 1 heaping tbsp of cocoa
